OpenIPC publishes firmware for the Goke GK7102CT, but not a bootloader for it. Both the guided installation and the ready-made flash image begin by writing an OpenIPC bootloader, so neither can be offered for this SoC. The firmware bundle below is the part that does exist.

The camera keeps its own bootloader, so install this by flashing the kernel and root filesystem from it. The installation guide covers that path.
